Potassium is found in many foods, and is essential to maintaining good blood pressure. Magnesium also contributes to good heart health, and regulates mood.

Juice Recipe Good For Eyes

Prep Time10 minutes
Servings: 1

Ingredients

  • 5 large organic carrots washed
  • 2 oranges peeled
  • 1 organic sweet potato peeled
  • 1 organic lemon

Instructions

  • Peel the oranges and sweet potato, cut into pieces.
  • Wash, scrub and chop the carrots and lemon.
  • Process all ingreedients through your juicer.
  • Optional - strain through a sieve (if you don't like pulp).
  • Drink immediately and enjoy!

      Great question – we suggest up to 3-days in the fridge for most juices. This one includes citrus, which helps make it last a little longer – just a tip for any other juices you want to store 🙂
