Monday

Workout: strength workout #8 -“trouble zones” **NEW**

Duration: 26 minutes

Equipment: Yoga Mat

Notes: Remember to first Warm up

Tuesday

Workout: 5 minute challenge (push ups) + mobility session #5 

Duration:  5 minutes/15 minutes

Equipment: No equipment/bodyweight

Wednesday

Workout: yoga #5

Duration: 38 minutes

Equipment: Yoga Strap/Yoga matBlock /Bolster/Blanket

Thursday

Workout: strength workout #1

Duration: 18 minutes

Equipment: Bodyweight/no equipment

Notes: Remember to first Warm up

Friday

Workout: ITT #4 + mobility session #2

Duration: 15 minutes/20 minutes

Equipment: Bodyweight/ Yoga mat

Notes: Remember to first Warm up for ITT

Saturday

Workout: daily flow #2

Duration: 26 mins.

Equipment:  Yoga mat / Timer

Workout: Walk or Hike in Nature

Duration: 60+ minutes

Equipment: Good Pair of Shoes

Have You Just Joined Our AV Coaching?

WORKOUT PROGRAMS FOR BEGINNERS

If you’re just starting out or you have just joined AV Coaching for the first time, we encourage you to start by focusing on your mobility and slowly building your strength and endurance following our 8 week beginner program.  This way you can safely progress to our regular weekly workouts.

Don’t worry, if you stay consistent and move your body daily, you can get there in just a few weeks. Remember that “growth is in discomfort” and that every beginning is hard, but with time and practice, nothing is impossible.
