This Weeks Schedule:

Monday

Workout: strength workout #5 – upper body + core

Duration: 29 minutes

Equipment: Yoga Mat/Towel (or band) 

Notes: Remember to first Warm up

Tuesday

Workout: interval training #3 – lean & strong

Duration: 24 minutes

Equipment: No Equipment/ Bodyweight/Timer

Notes: Remember to first Warm up

Wednesday

Workout: Daily Flow #1 – The Basics

Duration: 30 minutes

Equipment: Yoga Strap/ Yoga mat/Timer

 

Thursday

Workout: mobility session #5 – cultivate shoulder mobility

Duration: 15 minutes

Equipment: Bodyweight/ Yoga mat/ Blanket 

Friday

Workout: 5 Minute Challenge – Plank Party For Tight Abs! **NEW**

Duration: 5 minutes

Equipment: Bodyweight/ Yoga mat

Notes: Remember to first Warm up

Saturday

Workout: Yoga #6 **NEW**

Duration: 26 mins.

Equipment: Bodyweight/ Yoga mat

Workout: Walk or Hike in Nature

Duration: 60+ minutes

Equipment: Good Pair of Shoes

Have You Just Joined Our AV Coaching?

WORKOUT PROGRAMS FOR BEGINNERS

If you’re just starting out or you have just joined AV Coaching for the first time, we encourage you to start by focusing on your mobility and slowly building your strength and endurance following our 8 week beginner program.  This way you can safely progress to our regular weekly workouts.

Don’t worry, if you stay consistent and move your body daily, you can get there in just a few weeks. Remember that “growth is in discomfort” and that every beginning is hard, but with time and practice, nothing is impossible.
