This is Nikki practicing yoga

The intuitive mind is a sacred gift and the rational mind is a faithful servant. We have created a society that honours the servant and has forgotten the gift. ~ Albert Einstein

Understanding what intuition is and learning to use as a part of our lives can be very powerful!  We all have a natural capacity for intuition, but often social conditioning and formal education work against it. Most of us are taught to ignore our gut feelings and instincts rather than to understand and use them as a foundation for personal growth and development―and in the process, we undermine the very roots of the innate wisdom that is meant to guide us towards manifesting our desires and true happiness.

In this episode, Nikki and Zuzana identify exactly what intuition is and offer suggestions for how to tap into this amazing guiding system we all have within us.

In this episode, we talk about:

  • So what is intuition?
  • How do you connect with your intuition?
  • Tips to strengthen your intuition
  • How do you balance intuition and logic?
**Includes specific tips designed to help you nourish and support your natural intuitive gifts.
