Workout: Mobility #3 – Improve Flexibility

Equipment: No equipment 

Notes:  Remember to first Warm up 

Wednesday

Workout: Strength #1 – Bodyweight Basics

Duration: 19 minutes 

Equipment:  No Equipment/Bodyweight

Notes:  Remember to first Warm Up

Thursday

Workout: Mobility #7 – All The Little Things

Duration: 32 minutes

Equipment: Bodyweight/ Yoga mat /Block or Blanket

Friday

Workout: Strength #2 – Build A Strong Core

Duration: 18 minutes

Equipment: Bodyweight/ Yoga mat/Blanket

Saturday

Workout: Yoga #4 – Healthy Body

Duration: 49 minutes

Equipment: Bodyweight/ Yoga mat

Have You Just Joined Our AV Coaching?

WORKOUT PROGRAMS FOR BEGINNERS

If you’re just starting out or you have just joined AV Coaching for the first time, we encourage you to start by focusing on your mobility and slowly building your strength and endurance following our 8 week beginner program.  This way you can safely progress to our regular weekly workouts.

Don’t worry, if you stay consistent and move your body daily, you can get there in just a few weeks. Remember that “growth is in discomfort” and that every beginning is hard, but with time and practice, nothing is impossible.
