This nut milk is pure, creamy and delicious! Made with two powerful superfoods Cacao and Maca, lightly sweetened with dates and a touch of nutmeg and sea salt.

This tonic is rich in amino acids and minerals like calcium, selenium and iron and makes a perfect post workout meal replacement or afternoon pick -me- up snack.

COCOA MACA MUSCLE MYLK

Ingredients

  • 3 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/4 cup raw cacao powder
  • 3 Medjool dates pitted
  • 1/2 inch fresh ginger root
  • 1 tablespoon maca powder
  • 8 Brazil nuts soaked
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a high
  • speed blender and blend until smooth.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in a sealable jar or container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Shake before serving.
