Hale To The Kale

Smoothie500 ml Coconut Water
1 lg Orange
1 cup Kale (de-stemmed)
1 frozen Banana
2 Medjool Dates (pre-soaked)
1 tbsp Hemp Hearts
1 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
1 tsp Cinnamon
1” piece of Ginger
Blend it all up – and enjoy!
