- 2 cups arugula
- 1 cup zucchini chopped
- 1 pear cored and chopped
- 2 Tbsp hemp hearts
- 2 Tbsp hemp protein powder
- 1 orange peeled and chopped
- 1 Medjool date pitted
- 1 1/2 cups almond mylk
