We are Nikki & Zuzana, founders of Active Vegetarian and authors of the Vegan Weight Loss Manifesto. We have been following the principles of a whole food plant-based lifestyle for almost two decades now and over the years we have experienced many incredible benefits from living this way – weight loss, increased energy, feeling stronger, performing better and an overall sense of happiness and motivation for life.

As a health and wellness coaches we have been paying attention to the weight loss and obesity challenge the modern world is experiencing today. There is a lot of misleading information out there – from counting calories to all kinds of “revolutionary” diets and systems, promising fast results. Yet, the situation is not getting better. We have been working with clients from all walks of life for the past 10 years and we really had to find a way to simplify things.
