1/2cupnut milk of choicewe used HM Almond Mylk
2cupsfresh local strawberriesor frozen organic
1frozen banana
2dates
1tspmaca powder
1/8tspvanilla bean powder
Optional toppings:
1/2Sliced banana
1tspBee pollennot vegan
1tbsphome made granola
Instructions
Blend everything together until smooth and thick. If you find it to be too thick for your blender to handle, add extra nut milk or water. Arrange some banana slices on top and sprinkle a little bit of bee pollen for some texture, contrast and bonus nutrients.
