coconut-almond yogurt
(option to substitute with coconut cream)

of purified water
filtered or spring

Medjool date
pitted
pinch
turmeric powder
pinch
cinnamon powder
pinch
cardamon powder

saffron stigmas
optional
Instructions
Put all ingredients in a blender and mix for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
Adjust spices if necessary. Drink immediately.
