Active Recovery Smoothie
This tropical smoothie contains an enzyme called bromelain that has been used to support the muscles after exercise. The ginger and cinnamon are a great addition to speed up recovery and promote a healthy inflammatory response.

handful of organic spinach

fresh or frozen pineapple

medjool dates

Tbs
coconut manna
coconut butter or 2 Tbs shredded coconut

chunk of fresh ginger

tsp
cinnamon powder
Instructions
Add all ingredients to your high-speed blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a large glass and enjoy after your next workout!
