3tbsp raw plant-based protein
1handful of organic spinach
1cupfresh or frozen pineapple
1Tbscoconut mannacoconut butter or 2 Tbs shredded coconut
1inchchunk of fresh ginger
Add all ingredients to your high-speed blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a large glass and enjoy after your next workout!
