Ingredients

big handful mixed baby greens
such as baby kale, chard and spinach
1
frozen banana
1
cup
frozen mango
1/2
avocado
1/2
cup
unsweetened almond milk
also can use coconut water or filtered water
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1
tsp
spirulina powder
2
tbsp
hemp protein powder
optional
Optional Toppings
spirulina powder
sprouted granola
Instructions
Add all smoothie ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until creamy and smooth. Add more almond milk (or water) to thin.
Place smoothie in a medium bowl. Top with spirulina powder and sprouted granola, serve immediately.
