Toppings (Optional)

Sprouted Buckwheat Granola
or other homemade granola

whole apple
cored and cut into bite-sized pieces
Dash of cinnamon
Instructions
Combine all smoothie base ingredients in a blender jar and blend until smooth and no chunks remain.
Pour into a bowl or a glass and add toppings.
