A: The Plant-Based Solution is a step-by-step hands-on program. As soon as you enroll in the course, you will receive access to the “member only” area of the Active Vegetarian website. Here you will find all the components of this course. We have carefully organized them into 3 Phases – each consisting of eight weeks. You can begin the first week of the program anytime. After that, every Sunday (for the next 24 weeks) you will receive an email message from us, containing your friendly coaching video. You will be given your weekly lesson and we will describe the key steps for you to take. Then, it’s your turn. You will have the entire week (Monday – Sunday) to apply what you learn.
