This Weeks Schedule:

Monday

Workout: mobility #2 – gentle hip opening

Duration: 20 minutes

Equipment: Yoga mat /Bodyweight

Tuesday

Workout:  Walk – minimum 30 minutes

Wednesday

Workout: Strength workout #1 – Bodyweight Basics + Mobility #3 – Stretches to improve your flexibility

Duration: 18 minutes / 20 minutes

Equipment:  Yoga mat/ Bodyweight

thursday

Workout:  Walk – minimum 30 minutes

Friday

Workout: mobility #1 – Basics for a healthy spine

Duration: 20 minutes

Equipment: Bodyweight/ Yoga mat

saturday

Workout:  Walk – minimum 30 minutes

Sunday

Workout: Walk or Hike in Nature

Duration: 60+ minutes

Equipment: Good Pair of Shoes

Have You Just Joined Our AV Coaching?

WORKOUT PROGRAMS FOR BEGINNERS

If you’re just starting out or you have just joined AV Coaching for the first time, we encourage you to start by focusing on your mobility and slowly building your strength and endurance following our 8 week beginner program.  This way you can safely progress to our regular weekly workouts.

Don’t worry, if you stay consistent and move your body daily, you can get there in just a few weeks. Remember that “growth is in discomfort” and that every beginning is hard, but with time and practice, nothing is impossible.

MOVE YOUR BODY DAILY!

  1. I just started week 5 and wow that was hard. Strength training #1. I swore a few times but will keep at it.
